"Part of the Waltham community since 2001,

The Mad raven was taken over in 2005 by husband and wife team Mark McAuliffe, a native of

County Cork, Ireland

 (and one of the Raven's original developers), and Maura McAuliffe,

 a one time Boston corporate lawyer turned restaurateur.

The new ownership, management and culinary team have

brought refreshing new changes to The Mad Raven

 over the last year. The Mad Raven offers the unique fusion

 of a traditional cozy pub atmosphere, with a modern

flare and superb cuisine. Our culinary team serves up

 a unique blend of contemporary cuisine, while keeping 

all the joys and comforts of traditional pub fare.
